Converting sim only to pay monthly contract

I currently have a Sim only contract and want to upgrade to pay monthly with a new phone. Does anyone know how to do this and keep the same number?

Hey @Dman8219,

If you log into the iD app/account

You can click My Account then Upgrade

This will replace your contract with the chosen handset contract and send the phone out, number being kept the same.

You can only upgrade after 6-months of being on a SIM only plan so if you are not eligible, it should show the date you can upgrade from.
