current id mobile sim only would like to upgrade to new allowance id mobile sim only. New number?

Im currently on a rolling sim only 1 month contract but the new id monthly sim only contracts are more desirable and i would like to switch.

Will i keep the same sim and number?

Okay @Reuben Robertson, if you’re signed-in to your My iD Account (online or via the iD app) when you upgrade, you will keep your mobile number.

If your existing SIM fits in the phone you’re going to use with your upgraded plan, you can continue using it.

Hey @Reuben Robertson,

If by new SIM only contracts you’re referring to new contract deals, then you can’t switch to this and keep your number.

This would be a second new contract with a new number.

Upgrades are done as mentioned above by @andewhite, via the iD Mobile account.
