Different upgrade deal on email than online?

Hi,

I’ve been sent an upgrade option to upgrade from a contract to sim only for £5 a month - 2GB data - which is all I need. But this offer is not online when I log into my account? The sim only deals start at £6 a month.

I want to keep my current number, switch to sim only and get a £5 (or cheaper!) deal. Any ideas?!

My kids are on a £3.99 sim only deal - but that doesn’t seem to be available anymore…
