How do I claim my 12 months of Disney Plus?

Hi there.

When purchasing this upgrade I was told that I was able to claim a one year worth of Disney+ with no extra charge. 

How do I go about in claiming it please and how would I use it.

I also had 12 mths disney + when I purchased my phone. I recieved a text to follow the link but it requested a code but I didn't recieve one?

Hi thanks for reply. I've followed link and now it's saying the offer only applies to new customers not upgrades?

In this case you may want to look into creating a new Disney Plus account as this offer is only new Disney Plus users. You may need to use a different email address for this.
