Hey I’ve just upgraded my phone and the shipping company hasn’t got in touch with me since I got the verification emails about purchasing my phone and them telling me that the shipping company would contact me shortly ? How long roughly should I be waiting ?

Maybe the DPD email is in your Junk or Spam folder, or iD Mobile may have a problem processing your order because the item you ordered is out-of-stock - irrespective of what the web page displayed.

You should have had this sorted by now.
I can see you posted at 7PM on Friday.
Assuming you placed your order Friday evening, it would be picked on Monday and tracking sent out after.
Delievery would be scheduled for today.
