Hi there I had an email from your selves regarding to my contracting ending, so I just wanted to ask if I could keep my contact as it is or do I need to upgrade

Hi @Maya Patel,

 

That email should explain all of your different options. If you’re happy with the handset, and the service we’re providing, your best bet would be to go to upgrade to a SIM only contract.

 

This keeps your existing number and SIM card without disruption, but often allows you to get better value for money on your allowances.

Hi @Maya Patel,

Although your plan is coming to an end, the contract will still run on a monthly basis until your cancel the plan or until you upgrade.

You do not need to upgrade so if you choose to do nothing, you will still be charged the same amount. 🙂
