I have ordered a new iD phone and contract because I need it, can I do anything about my existing iD contract which has 7 months left?

You options are:

  1. Keep paying for it
  2. Cancel it (you will lose the number) and pay the early termination fee
  3. Port out the number (if you want to keep it) and pay the  early termination fee

The early termination fee will be the monthly fee multiplied by seven.

Hey @David Sivyer,

As @WelshPaul mentioned, the above would be your options on this.

You can text INFO DDMMYY to the number 85075 from the iD SIM to get the estimated termination fee.

DDMMYY being your date of birth in that format.
