We don’t send out new SIM cards with phone upgrades.
Have you ever upgraded to a SIM only plan before? We would have sent a SIM with this previously.
I’ve seen in some cases that this previous SIM has been activated in the app causing loss of services.
Did you receive a new SIM with your upgrade?
The quickest fix is picking up a new SIM for free via Currys and activating this here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/your-sim-card
