old sim not working in new s23

I recently upgraded to the new s23 phone as was told to use the old sim however it is showing I have no network.

Hey @MarthaLiz2612,

We don’t send out new SIM cards with phone upgrades.

Have you ever upgraded to a SIM only plan before? We would have sent a SIM with this previously.

I’ve seen in some cases that this previous SIM has been activated in the app causing loss of services.

Did you receive a new SIM with your upgrade?
