plans provided on email different to ones in app?

I received an email from idmobile saying my plan will end soon and providing a couple of alternative plans which would suit my needs. However, I can’t find these plans in the app. How do I switch to one of these plans?? 
Also, all links to the live chat don’t work.

Hi @Gillian Chapman 

 

You should be able to access the upgrade deals via that email possibly or if the upgrade is coming up soon upgrade offers will show up in your app once available.

 

When using the app double check to make sure you’re logging in and are processing an upgrade and not a new contract.

 

Once you’re due your upgrade I’d recommend checking the app or calling our sales team on 0207 1391 397.
