Really frustrated!

Hi!,

Sorry but it’s a long one.  Was on chat yesterday discussing upgrade on the account and got cut off somehow and couldn’t get chat back.  Went online to my account and looked at phones and plans, ordered and phone delivered this morning - fabulous.  On setting up phone the phone i’ve put my old sim in and it works but my online account is still showing the old plan.  Can’t get on chat again (have tried for the last hour) and can’t get anywhere on the phone apart from round in circles.

How do i get to actually speak to someone who can sort this out?
