Hi I am already registered with you and have a Samsung mobile and account with you for this phone. I have just purchased the iPhone11 from you which has now arrived.
I think I now have 2 separate accounts with you!
I would like to transfer my Samsung number to my new iPhone 11 and need a PAC number please.
I also need to cancel/combine the account for the Samsung with the new iPhone account if possible.
