sim not working after upgrading


Upgrade to SIM only on Friday no nothing is working emergency calls only

Didi a up grade to SIM only on Friday 16/6/23 an now you have cut me of 

 

Been cut of but you still want money of me 

Upgrade but still cut off

How do I get these thieves to connect my phone again

Upgraded on Friday, Saturday morning I'm cut of. No data emergency calls only, can't seem to speak to anyone about it. So here I am paying money for nothing

Where did you upgrade? Online, over the phone or in store? SIM only or Handset?

On the phone, was paying for a handset but the 2 years was up. So have gone dim only

This will require account access @Neil Egerton. Quickest way to get this resolved would be to chat with the iD Mobile support team, the best options are iD live chat, Facebook Messenger, or Twitter DM (direct message). 

The support team work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends). iD staff only read forum posts once a day, sometimes less frequently.

Hey @Neil Egerton,

Please refrain from making multiple topics surrounding the same issue.

I’ve merged all of these together for one topic.

 

In regards to the upgrade, it’s possible you activated the replacement SIM we send with upgrades to SIM only contract.

In this case, you’ll lose service on the old SIM and need to switch to the new SIM when it arrives.
