Text Saying New Sim Card Activated but I don't have a new SIM?

Hi,

Yesterday I have received a text from ID saying that my new sim card was being activated.

  1. I upgraded my phone in December and have not used a new SIM
  2. My current SIM card is not working at all!
  3. Can’t get any help through the chat function
  4. Do I need a replacement SIM?

PLEASE can somebody urgently help with this! I need my phone for work!

Hello @Lauren92,

It looks like you will have accidentally activated the SIM in the app/account.

Do you have the new SIM that was sent with the upgrade when you purchased it?

If you no longer have this then we’ll need to send a replacement out as the only remedy to this since the old SIM can’t be activated.
