Hi, I’m due an upgrade as I’m only on a rolling contract .its a sim only deal but every time I go to the payment screen it just crashes ! Tried multiple times now . Anyone any ideas or know how I can actually speak to someone . Thanks in advance

A few things worth trying if not:
- Ensure all details entered are correct and match the details your bank holds
- Ensure you’re using a UK credit or debit card assigned to a UK bank
- Ensure you’ve entered at least 3 years of UK address history
- Try using another device or browser, or clear your browser’s cache
