When I upgraded I asked for unlimited data and unfortunately I only got 25gb.

When you log into the iD app/account, what plan is showing?
Please note, when you upgrade from a limited data plan to an unlimited data plan, you will have both the allowances from before upgrading and the unlimited on the account.
This sometimes triggers a text being sent when 80% of the original 25GB has been used and then when 100% of the 25GB has been used.
You can ignore this in this instance since your unlimited kicks in right away.
