I have recently upgraded from a plan with 150 minutes to unlimited minutesand received a message a few days ago telling me my new plan is now active, however I have just received a text message telling me I have used 100% of the minutes included in my bundle and will be charged 40p per minute. This does not make any sense when my upgraded plan is for unlimited minutes. Please help.

Hi @Mary.midnight,

When upgrading, you may have a pro-rata allowance until the new allowance starts. If you log into your account online or through our app, do your allowances already show the unlimited allowance? If so, you will be fine to disregard that charge message and you can let us know here if you do see a charge; we’ll then check it out further.
