Hi, need help upgrading one of my phones, could someone please contact me on REMOVED. Thank you

Can you advise what help you needed with upgrading? Happy to guide you through it.

 

Step 1: Log into the iD app/account for the number you want to upgrade

Step 2: Click My Account

Step 3: Click: Upgrade or Check if I can upgrade now

Step 4: Depending on if you're eligible or not, you’ll either see the upgrade date or be shown options for upgrading

Step 5: If eligible, simply click the handset, select the plan or click SIM-only and select the SIM-only plan you want to switch to and complete the order.
