Upgrade option not showing

I want to upgrade from sim only to a monthly plan 

I would like the iPhone 14 pro (not max)

That phone does not appear in my upgrade options. 
i spent a long time on Live Chat yesterday. In the end the CS said it wasn’t showing up as the phone isn’t in stock. 
When I check on the pay monthly section of the id website the phone is marked as IN STOCK. 

I’m confused. 
I don’t want to have to switch providers. 
Can I ask for clarification please?

Taking a look at the stock for iPhone 14 Pro’s at 128GB all colour seems to have a good amount of stock available.

 

I’m unsure why our Live Chat would say we don’t have any stock, have you called our sales team on 0207 1391 397?

 

It may not show on your app/website as the original credit check taken might not have passed you for a deal for that device, I’d recommend calling the sales team so they can advise best
