where is my upgrade

I have signed up for an upgrade confirmed the contract. Been waiting for days for my phone. Called them today and they don't even know where my contract is and they have no idea about my Upgrade.. And I paid them 30 pounds.. They told me they would call me back later today and they didn't

Hey @Jonathan Epsom,

Where did you place the upgrade? Was it done via the app or did you call our Sales Team?

Have you tried calling the Sales Team on 0207 1391 397 to discuss the upgrade?
