Wrong phone delivered

I upgraded to a Samsung S20 FE, but instead I received an unbranded black device. 

I have cancelled my plan (via online chat) which was not done. Returned phone as requested two but sent back to me. I have raised a formal complaint, still awaiting a call! Sent letters to head office, no reply.
