Just received a sim . New customer porting number 9th august . Receiving lots of emails about registration ID mobile account/ app. Direct debit . Bill ready and I can’t register because it will only let me register with the ID mobile provided. Not very confident in moving now . So much hassle. And as I can’t view the bill what am I actually paying for. I believe I have 30 days to send the sim back.

You register using the temporary iD Mobile number. Then, once the port has been completed, the number on the account will be updated and show your ported number.

Thank you . But I did live chat . Moved the port day forward and waited until my other operator had stopped . All working
