i can’t log in online or on the app

Hi, my son and daughter can’t log in to their accounts online or on the app since the new update. The accounts are on my name. I’ve tried live chat and what they’ve told me to do still doesn’t work. 
How can I cancel their accounts they both want to keep their numbers.

Could they set up their own accounts but keep their current numbers.

Sounds like I have the same problem - I’ve raised a query. Just out of interest and to save me some time, can you remember what Live Chat suggested you try?
