I have received my qr code for my esim, however no email regarding the phone number, i have a pac code from my old provider but need my new number to be able to do this

After you’ve activated the iD eSIM in your device, you should be able to get your new phone number, @robsnffc8


I have done this but then I factory reset my phone by mistake and now unable to rescan in my esim code 


I suspect an eSIM can only be activated once, @robsnffc8

Probably best to contact iD support about this, using their online Live Chat service. 

Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person” - the advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
