My trying to log into an account and i keep getting

“Something wasn't quite right. Can you enter your details again please? “


Im sure I have the details correct.
What do I do next?

Okay @Chris V, if I was in your position I’d try contacting iD customer service privately for assistance by using Facebook Messenger, or sending a Twitter DM. 

The support teams work until 8pm weekdays.

Have you registered for an account first?

The Community account is different to the iD self-care account and needs it’s own logins.
