Unable to log in to app or online. I imagine it was due to the porting of my number as I could before, I have tried with both old and new number
also impossible to ask questions as keeps directing me to generic answers that don’t fix the issue

Is there any advice on how to fix this as I can’t access my account with either my old or new number?

Unfortunately the live chat is not live, it’s just a bot. Eventually sorted via facebook messenger, probably best to direct people there to start with as the forum and live chat are not ideal
