Unable to log onto the app or my account on Windows, just keep getting this error message and suggestion I check the details, which are correct

Just to confirm, have you registered/re-registered to the new app/website since it’s release in early April please?

After 3 failed attempts to find a remedy via the live chat on the fourth  spoke to Babolwa who was brilliant and fixed the problem
