Where are "services"?

In an email about roaming it advised to check that it was on. It says to go to the ID app and open the Services section. But there is no services section…...

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Do you have a screenshot of this email? It sounds like it might be referring to the old iD Mobile app. Here are the steps for the new app:
