account locked on old email

I use an old work email for my account and I no longer work for that company. I need to reset my password to log in but won’t be able to retrieve the password.

 

Have tried the chat bot with no results.

Hey @Liam Ager,

You can’t change the username but this is just a plain text field.

Just use that old email for logging in and once logged in, make sure you change your contact email address. 

The contact email is where we send correspondance.

The username is only used for logging in.

But I can’t log in because I don’t have my password.

Please don’t unilaterally mark the issue as solved, I am still unable to log in
