Account log in issues

I can’t seem to log into the ID Account.  I can log in to the community but when I try and log in it says my username/email or password is not recognised and if I try and register it then says that the email address is already in use.  It makes no sense that I can log in and post this but can’t log in to the account.

 

Any ideas?  Also the number is my daughters and I want to add more sims and make my number the primary one.  Is this possible?

Hey @Dizzy4780,

The community account is separate to the iD account and they need their own logins.

It’s not possibble to have family plans or multiple accounts with one login.

Each iD contract needs to have it’s own iD Mobie login for it.
