If you register your iD Mobile account on our website (here) using the number we gave you with the iD Mobile SIM.
Once you’re logged in to your account, you can easily provide the PAC (code) and number you’re looking to move there without the need to know or give any transaction number.
I had a PAC code and put this in, along with my transaction code, but even after 2 weeks, my number still has not carried over. Any text message I send is still not showing my previous number, it shows the new number, This is very frustrating.
I receive text messages, but any sent to my old number go to my old phone and sometimes to my new one. Is thee any chance of speaking to someone?

If you have an iPhone you’ll also need to do the following:
1) Turn off iMessage (Settings > Messages)
2) Restart your phone (by pressing and holding the on/off button)
3) Tap Settings > Phone > My Number and confirm that it is correct.
4) If it is not correct, please enter the correct number
5) Turn iMessage back to On (Settings > Messages)
6) Finally, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under “Start new conversations from:”.
