can't log in to my account

Please help! 

I cannot log in to my account so I can’t see bills or understand when my contract expires.

I Have tried to reset my username and password but it doesn’t recognise my details (phone number, name and D.O.B). I really need to speak to a person but that doesn't seem to be an option. Today, I got an email saying my direct debit ahs been cancelled but I have not done this. Please help, I am stuck.

Okay @Catherine Elizabeth Thomas, for immediate assistance with your iD account use the iD online live chat service  at https://idmobile.co.uk/contactus (scroll-down to “Our Help & Support services” - look for the “Chat to us” button). 

If live chat doesn’t work, try contacting the iD social media customer support team on Facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by DM).

The iD agents only work until 8pm on weekdays (and 6pm at weekends).

The iD moderators working in this forum only read user posts once-a-day, often less frequently.

Have you been able to log-in previously or have you never been able to log in before? 

You may need to first register before you can access the app/account.
