Please help!
I cannot log in to my account so I can’t see bills or understand when my contract expires.
I Have tried to reset my username and password but it doesn’t recognise my details (phone number, name and D.O.B). I really need to speak to a person but that doesn't seem to be an option. Today, I got an email saying my direct debit ahs been cancelled but I have not done this. Please help, I am stuck.
