Can't log into my account

I need help!!
I have tried logging in to ID Mobile. Regardless of details and reset passwords I have attempted this states that the information is incorrect. 
All I want to do is see if my daughter is due for an upgrade however can’t log in to get any information. Trying to speak to someone from ID is impossible. Please someone help.

Hey @VHolden,

It sounds like you may not yet be registered.

You need to first register for an account before you can log-in.

This is separate to the Community.
