I have been trying to register and logon to the app but my details are not being recognised despite me entering them correctly. When I try the live chat I keep getting an u available message. I am a brand-new customer.. So far not impressed.
Same here,
My wife and myself are completely unable to log in to our account to access billing, settings etc. (tried forgotten password links etc many times).
The online chat bot just goes around in circles and it’s impossible to speak to a person to resolve this at ID mobile.
I just tried again now and its gone through!
No rhyme nor reason.. Just started working.
I only put sim in yesterday, so wonder if something has to sync up system wise before it starts working..
