When registering, are you using the iD mobile number that came with your order? If this doesn't work please contact us via our Live Chat feature here and we'll take a further look into this for you as some details we have for you may be incorrect.

It seems like this is a recurring issue with ID Mobile. I've had many of the above issues and still cant register despite receiving an email saying I successfully have.

Is this your first iD Mobile account with us?
Most customers have registered with their current active email.
If you have had an email confirming you’ve registered, try clicking “Forgotten your password” then follow the steps.
If you don’t know your username or don’t think it’s your email, then you’ll need to first do the “Forgotten your username”
