My phones screen is broken and my phone is now completely unusable. I have never done this before, I’m wondering how will I be able to get a new phone but keep my old plan?

I’m assuming you are referring to want to upgrade?
If you’re upgrading, log into the account via the webiste and click My Account then Upgrade
Select the handset and plan and it’ll get sent out to you.
Then pop your SIM in the new phone when you get it.

I am unable to upgrade as I have not been with ID mobile for long enough. What am I meant to do

Hey
You can only upgrade after the eligiblity date. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to upgrade any earlier than this date.
You can purchase a new contract (subject to a credit & security check) and disconnect the old number if you’d like.
