previous account deactivated, can't register a new account

I appear to have had an ID mobile account registered to my email years ago and that contract was cancelled so my ID mobile account has been deactivated by you. 

Due to this old deactivated account I can't register a new account with my email address. Please either reactivate my account or unassigned my email to the old account so that I can register again and monitor my current contract. 

I have been trying to contact you via the live chat but it has never functioned, the web page merely presents with error codes.

Hey @Gabriel Rosario,

It’s not possible at this moment in time to remove/unlink the old username.

You will need to register with a new username not previously used to manage your new contract.

 

The username is a text field only.

If you have a Gmail address, using a full stop before the @ will trick the system into thinking it’s a new email.

e.g.  testemail@gmail.com can be entered as test.email@gmail.com and be considered a new username.

You will log in using the full stop to access the new contract.
