Reported Lost Phone and SIM Card Incorrectly - What to do?

I put by mistake that I lost the phone and the card, I want the sim card that I use in another phone to be released, if the problem is not solved by tomorrow, I will give up this mobile company that does not help its customers with any answer and that only has a robot for phone calls and we who pay are not interested

If you’ve reported your phone and SIM card as lost, then our systems will automatically block these both for you, as it’s yourself whose requested us to do so.

 

Therefore, to get this unblocked, you’ll need to get in contact us with us directly to do so. Have you tried contacting us via live-chat? I see you mention about a bot, but our live-chat bot is only at the beginning of the conversation to gauge what your issue actually is. Please try the below to get through to an agent:

 

1) Type "Hi"

2) Type your issue in brief

3) Type "Speak to an agent"

4) Click on "Customer Service" from the options provided

5) Type your full name

6) Type your mobile number
