why wont my personal details be recognised by the ID system??

really annoying new customers - does not recognise new detail - on the verge of cancelling  - need to speak to someone  - can I find a number expect for automated responses  - NOPE - O2 was so much better !!!!!!

Hello @Portreeve47,

You'll need to use the following details when registering:

Account holder’s last name

Account holder’s date of birth

Active iD Mobile number

 

Account holder = the person who purchased this, not the intended user

iD Mobile number = number active on the SIM, not one you want to keep

 

Please double-check the details and let us know if you’re still having issues, it may then be down to details entered incorrectly at purchase
