I kept my old number when switching to iD from EE was given message saying number transferred and ok generally but when replying to a message sent to me the other person sees the original number I was issued with. i checked my phone and in Apple ID it still had the number that came with the SIM. What can I do?

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET, @Adam Alexander Hutt?
