I need my bill changing to the 26.04.2024 not the 10th of every month!

You can change your billing date via the iD Mobile account/App.

Simply log in to your iD Mobile app or My Account and do the following: Go to 'Billing'. On the 'Manage my Direct Debit' panel, click 'Manage my details' and then 'Change my Direct Debit payment date.
