Due to the changes in rate, my bill has increased from £25 to nearly £27 which isnt a problem however my bill for this month has come up to £42. I havent used any add ons and even on my statement it doesn’t say i have used any. It says the monthly recurring charge is £35 but i havent changed my plan nor have i exceeded my data limit.

Just tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”, so you get through to an adviser.
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
