I can’t read my bill it’s just letters and numbers

Can you please advise if you have tried to obtain the bill from the app and your account online?

I’m currently having the same issue with my December bill. 


I just left mine and eventually after a few weeks it sorted itself out.


Update just checked my January bill and it’s unreadable November and December bills are fine it doesn’t really bother me as I am on a sim only rolling contract and can’t spend anymore than my allowances

Have you tried a different device or browser?

 

There is an issue with some Apple devices and PDF files, we’d recommend another browser, device or a PDF viewer app.
