I paid my bill on Friday morning, and I’ve realised this evening, that my services still haven’t been reinstated. I’ve been using WiFi at home, so hadn’t noticed.
It has definitely left my account, but it doesn’t appear in the app. I paid it via the app, so don’t understand it.
Can anyone advise what to do, please? The helpline isn’t open, and the chat just comes back with nonsense.
