Hi, I bought monthly SIM card 12 month, but after a few hours I got a email saying was cancel because I didn’t pass credit application. What I can do i really want this plan 

iD run various security and credit checks @Diogo Pestana for any pay monthly contract application. If you didn’t pass these, iD advise waiting at least 90-days before trying again. 

Perhaps best to look at another service provider for a SIM only deal.
