I’m currently abroad and need to increased the capped limit on my account.
 

I can’t log into my account because I keep getting the app upgrade error message so I can’t use my phone at all even though I can see 4g/5g is available.

 

What can I do? My phone is useless, I’m stuck not being able to contact anyone. The upgrade error has been happening all week. 

Have you tried using the iD online Live Chat service, @Shelly-Ann Harvey?

While the iD app isn’t working, you’ll probably need to use the online Live Chat for help with your iD account.
