I ported my number when I first bought the phone months ago in march, it’s been working fine never had a problem till yesterday I couldn’t receive calls from my partner or mum yet I could receive their texts and I could still call them, I checked the coverage checker and it says everything is fine yet there calls still ain’t coming through?

I’m sorry to hear this, have you ported into iD Mobile from Lyca Mobile or EE?
There is currently an issue with iD Mobile users who moved from Lyca/EE with receiving calls, our teams are looking into this however unfortunately don’t have a fix date at the moment.

Hi. I recently moved from EE to IDmobile and I’m getting calls that don’t ring and go straight to voicemail.
I’m in postcode TR7 (I live right near huge 3G, 4G, 5G towers!).
I only moved to IDmobile 3 weeks ago and I’ve never had this issue before with this phone which otherwise works well. It’s an iPhone 7S.
I’ve restarted my phone a few times, and checked all sorts of ring settings on the iPhone but that is not the problem. I believe it must be something to do with IDmobile network.
Can you please help investigate for me or give me more tips?
We have no Curry store near me so if I need a new SIM, can you please help arrange to post me one? Thank you

If no issues show, please test the SIM in a different handset.
