I am not able to view my bills either via the iD app on iPhone or through the safari browser. I am also unable to view my bills on the PC. In the app it says downloading and nothing happens, whilst on the PC and safari it simply opens a blank page. Has anyone else had this issue and how was it resolved?
Good morning, same problem!
We have two ID accounts, both of the latest bills could not be viewed or downloaded yesterday and today.
One of the accounts bills were downloadable for a very short time yesterday afternoon and later not.
We get a blank screen on the online account and an “oops” “check your internet settings” on the app.
Tried various browsers and uninstalling / reinstalling the app on different phones - nothing works.
