Bought my ID mobile on Sat, received on Weds. When bought i gave pac code to E2Save so i assumed it would have been sorted.

Have since tried to do it myself giving the PAC code and transaction number etc on the website: https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/customerPortIn but it says “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.

If you have already used this PAC code and submitted it when purchasing a handset or SIM, don't worry - your switch is underway. We'll send you a text as soon as your number has been transferred to us.”

 

I ordered the phone and requested this to be done 6 days ago - I have no idea what i should do now as i have no number but the new one and the signal on my vodafone has been disconnected
